Kite Making Class - Supply List
You will need a sewing machine capable of straight stitches. This class is not suitable for hand-crank machines.
Scissors, pins, pencil, white pencil, Bic biro, ruler.
Polyester thread. The fine stuff that comes on big reels is very good for kitemaking, and is cheap. Do not bring "upholstery", "extra strong" or cotton thread.
I supply kite fabric, patterns, spars, and other materials as required.
Please talk to me before class about the kite(s) you want to make.
Please note:- I have a maximum of 5 students for this course at my workshop, but the minimum is 2 people. If you wish to book this class for yourself and a friend, this is always possible, on a date to suit you...
