Cover A Book - Supply List
You need:-
Sewing machine (absolutely basic - hand machines are fine)
Fabrics to cover your book - two pieces at least A4 size for the linings, plus a selection of nice fabrics to make the cover. All types of fabric are suitable if not too thick.
Ribbons, lace, buttons etc. to decorate your book.
A piece of sheeting or calico about 10 by 15 inches to use as a foundation.
Thread, needles, scissors, general sewing tools...
Class fee includes a small notebook, diary or photo album, or bring your own item to cover: Please note, in order to succesfully cover a book with this method, you must be able to open the covers right back until the outsides touch each other.
